Kesedapan teh tarik aku telah rosak angkara cubaan untuk brainwash dan mindfuck media

ok so mcm ni, lepas aku layan Bones Season 5 tadi aku kematian akal kerana takda menda nak buat...

jadi lepas turun bawah untuk menikmati segelas teh( thanks ma~!) aku pun terus bukak tv untuk mengisi masa lapang aku neh...biasa la cuti kan...mesti la banyak masa lapang...nak part time malas nak keluar cari...so aku pun duduk rumah je mengabiskan beras mak bapak aku...jadi untuk merealisasikan impian aku untuk menjadi rakyat malaysia yang produktif , aku pun bukak tv bukak la 502, ngan 501 kat astro tu...tgk berita cari info....( and i find a few of the female newscasters agak hot)....ehhehe....

Sathianathan and Chin Aun sacked for national team’s failings

PETALING JAYA: The Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) have made B. Sathianathan and Datuk Soh Chin Aun the scapegoats for the national team’s failings, sacking the duo as coach and manager respectively.

FAM vice-president Datuk Gulzar Mohd Nor has been appointed team manager while the new national coach would be named soon.

These decisions were made at FAM’s executive committee meeting, which was chaired by president Sultan Ahmad Shah, at Wisma FAM in Kelana Jaya yesterday.

It was, however, not certain on what grounds Sathianathan and Chin Aun were sacked.

Out: Soh Chin Aun(in black) was sacked as the national team manager Sunday.

Was it for the national team’s 5-0 mauling by the United Arab Emirates in their Asian Cup qualifying match on Jan 21?

Or was it for Sathianathan’s now infamous “the M-League is not football” outburst moments after that defeat?

Or was it for revealing that only three players had passed the fitness test after having had barely five days to prepare for the UAE match?

“It is overall,” was their answer. As FAM deputy president Datuk Redzuan Tan Sri Sheikh Ahmad said at the press conference: “There are conditions in the clause to terminate the coach’s contract if the performance of the national team is not up to the mark.”

Sathianathan and Chin Aun, though unhappy with the decision, accepted it anyway.

“Well, what can I do ... I accept the decision but it does not solve anything,” said Sathianathan, who said he would call for a press conference in a few days’ time to set the record straight.

It’s surprising that FAM have sacked Sathianathan, given that they had just extended his contract to November.

Chin Aun, a household name in Malaysian football, took the decision in his stride, saying: “I did nothing to earn this wrath. Anyway, it is nothing to me.”

Chin Aun certainly has a case.

He was only supposed to be the assistant manager for both the national team and the Under-23 squad.

The FAM had appointed Khairy Jamaluddin as national team manager.

As Khairy was busy with his political duties, Chin Aun was told to accompany the team to overseas stints and for tournaments on behalf of Khairy.

When asked why was the “towkay” of Malaysian football made the fall guy, Redzuan replied: “The majority wanted new blood.”

The main issue is here will sacking him improve the quality of our football...??? The answer is NO. Sultan Ahmad Shah is the one who should quit. Ever since he was appointed as the president(25 years ago if my facts are right) our football went downhill. With all due respect.....HAVE SOME DIGNITY AND QUIT...

Rubbish Malaysia tries to play football...

KUALA LUMPUR - Two goals apiece from Mohamed Omar and Ismael Matar helped the United Arab Emirates outclass Malaysia 5-0 in their 2011 AFC Asian Cup qualification opener.

The side from the Middle East gained the upper hand with two goals in the first-half of the Group C game at Kuala Lumpur Stadium in Cheras before adding three more after the break.

With captain Shukor Adan missing due to a knee injury, the Malaysians were forced into a tactical reshuffle which saw Indra Putra and Hardi Jaafar linking up in the centre of the park.

But it was the UAE who proved the more composed on the night and Abdul Salam Al Junaibi fired an early warning of what was to come for the home side with an attempt that hit the woodwork in the 16th minute.

Malaysia struggled to impose themselves on the game and it was no surprise that the UAE took the lead after 29 minutes.

Al Junaibi’s through ball picked out Omar and the striker coolly slotted the ball past onrushing keeper Syamsuri Mustafa, who was making his return to the national side after an absence of more than two years.

The Malaysians pushed forward in search of an equaliser but suffered a further setback just before the interval when Hardi brought down Ismael Salim inside the box and Omar converted from the spot.

Malaysia brought on Hairuddin Omar and Ashaari Jamaluddin after the break but there was no let-up from the visitors and they extended their lead after 62 minutes.

Abdul Rahim Jumaa was allowed to deliver a cross from the right that picked out Matar and the prolific striker volleyed home his side’s third goal.

Malaysia coach B. Sathianathan brought on substitute keeper Syed Adney Syed Hussain for Syamsuri but the change did nothing to prevent the UAE from adding to their advantage.

Matar made it 4-0 in the 75th minute when he dribbled past defenders V. Thirumurugan and Norhafiz Zamani Misbah before slotting the ball home.

Syed Adney was then beaten for the second time in the game with five minutes to go as Ahmad Khalil capitalised on a defensive error to score UAE’s fifth goal from close range and complete the rout.

And this time its Thailand's turn to humiliate us. Yesterdays game was absolutely rubbish. I cant believe I've spent 90 minutes seeing us getting trashed by Thailand. It was men against boys affair and we were outplayed and out muscled by the Thais. As among the last few supporter of
' Malaysian football ' I am losing my patience with our team.

So I have ' formulated ' a strategy to save us ;

1. NO politicians should be in in FAM(leave football to footballers).
2. NO ' sultans' should be in FAM(we dont need drama in football).
3. Turn football in Malaysia into a business.
4. ALLOW foreign players in our league.
5. Encourage players to play abroad.
6. Set up football academys all over the country.
7. Better league format.
8. Better pitch.
9. Better facilities.

FAM if you really care about our football please buck up and for once listen to the fans and stop listening to the politicians. Until FAM is free from politicians and sultans we will never improve. You can bet your life on that.

Thursday is the most hectic day in my timetable for this semester...It starts around 7.30 where i finally wake up and have myself a shower...Then from 9am to 7pm i'll be at my college...so let me show u how a typical Thursday for me....

Dating 101: How to Handle Rejection

So there you are at the deli getting a ham sandwich, when that person you're attracted to comes and stands next to you at the counter. You've seen them over and over again, and you finally have the guts to turn and smile at them... and they do nothing in return. They almost look right through you like you don't exist.

So you grab your ham sandwich and run out of there as quickly as you can, saying to yourself, "I will never do that again. This doesn't work." Is this the best way to deal with rejection? How do you personally deal with rejection? More importantly, are you someone who believes that if you become "good" at dating you will no longer get rejected?

The dating truth is that being able to deal with rejection is the key to being successful at going out and meeting singles. It's also not the ultra-significant event so many make it out to be. So here are five essential tips on how to handle rejection, which you need to embrace if you are going to have a full and successful dating life:

1. Change Your Dating Expectations. One of the first and most important things to understand is that no matter what you do, not everybody is going to respond positively to you. Not everyone you smile at will smile back at you. Not everyone you say hello to is going to say hello back to you.

Stop expecting a positive response 100% of the time. Just because somebody did not smile back at you does not mean that you're not an attractive person or that you made a mistake by smiling. The only thing it means is that it did not work with that one person.

2. Life Is All About Rejection. Everything in life has rejection involved in it. If you're a salesperson who makes 10 sales calls, you may only get one or two people to say yes. A baseball player whose batting average is around 300 will likely end up in the Hall of Fame. A quarterback who can complete 55 percent of his passes is doing pretty well. Everything in life is about percentages. You don't quit simply because you experienced some rejection. Imagine if you stopped looking for work when your very first interview didn't result in a job offer. That would, of course, be ridiculous. Remember that you also need to keep going in your dating life when you're rejected, because you want to keep increasing your odds of success.

3. Focus on Increasing Your Dating Odds. When you feel like you are getting more than your fair share of rejections, instead of focusing on those rejections, focus on increasing your odds of success. The fact is that by playing the percentages as I mentioned above, you will be successful.

The reason is that every time you take action -- every time you smile, say hello, or walk over and initiate a conversation -- you get better at it. If you're going to go out there and only talk to one person a day, then your chances of success are not going to be great. Increase your odds every single day and in everything you're doing.

4. Keep Things in Perspective. I hear some version of this from clients all the time: "What if I approach somebody, get rejected, and someone sees me? I'll never be able to go in that store again!" Get a little perspective here. Let me tell you something -- you're not front page news! When you're rejected, you need to just get over it. No one is talking about you. People are concerned about themselves and what is going on in their own lives, just as you are focused on what's going on in yours. So the fact that you get rejected in front of other people at the market, at the gym, or anywhere else is not a big deal to anyone but you.

5. Don't Overreact When Dating. The other thing I commonly hear from clients who have been rejected is some version of this: "I'm never going to talk to that person ever again now that I was rejected by them." This is not only a total overreaction, it is also absolutely the wrong thing to do. So you tried to talk to (or smile or look at) someone, and they didn't respond. As I mentioned above, there are a million possible reasons why that person did not respond to you. It doesn't necessarily mean that person wouldn't want to talk to you another time. If I smile at a woman and she doesn't respond, I don't play hide-and-go-seek the next time I see her. I am equally friendly to her the next time I see her, because you never know what will happen that second time. It's a different day. Put the last time behind you.

These are some ways to help you get over rejection. Realize that in order to get good at interacting with potential mates, you are going to get rejected. In fact, you want to get rejected every single day, because if you're not, it means you're not trying.

So ask yourself this: Did you get rejected today, and how can you go out tomorrow and make it an even better day than today? Learn to not only handle but to embrace rejection, and you will meet great new people and have an amazing social life.

BIOGRAPHY

Formed in 2006, Estrella originally consisted of three members; Ashraf, Syariful Adzwan (Yob), and fronted by Liyana. In May 2006, the Troubaganger acoustic gig marked their first-ever performance, initially winning over the audience at cozy La Bodega KL. However, very soon after the three members were then reduced to the current two as Ashraf decided to leave the band for personal reasonsArmed with their guitars and heartfelt tunes, Liyana and Yob began circulating the local music scene .

Numerous open-mic sessions and gigs at notable shows around town followed suit; namely Moonshine, Troubadours, Doppelganger, and No Black Tie, and the band began to generate more attention for the duo from both the audience and the organizers.In June 2006, Estrella’s first single, ‘Take It Slow’ was featured in Troubadours’s “The Voices Next Door” compilation album, and the song was then taken by RedComm productions as part of the soundtrack for the SunSilk TV series Impian Illiyana which ran for 13 consecutive weeks.

Gaining some pretty decent exposure in the media as well as the indie scene, friendships were also made with likeminded individuals and groups along the way, providing them with even more ideas and opportunity to grow musicallyHaving captured the attention of the Laguna Music masterminds, Estrella further evolved their genre from indie jazz to a slightly more complex sound, with dreamy and spacey after-effects. Under the suggestion of Laguna Music Producer, Jeffrey Little, the strummers now became a light band - with members, Shamsul Idzwan on percussions and Jeffrey Little, himself on drums. Making rounds at gigs around town as a full band, Estrella’s biggest show yet was the ‘A Seven Collar Sonique Cinematique’ event in early 2007 as one of the opening acts for Seven Collar T-Shirt.

In the following month, Estrella performed at the annual KL Sing Song 2007 show, alongside notable singer-songwriters like Azmyl Yunor, Pete Teo and Shanon Shah, which gave the band ample media exposure. Having worked their way to perfecting their existing and new material, Estrella’s self-titled album was released on the 28th of December 2007. Following the release of the album, Estrella released two singles, ‘Ternyata’ & ‘Stay’, to reach-out to both the Malay & English markets. Everyday musings and inward thoughts are the main elements in their music, using simplicity as the main staple. Being so new to the scene, Estrella is simply going with the flow, and taking in stride whatever it is that comes their way. Keep you ears peeled for this act, they’re bound to reach and capture the hearts of music-enthusiasts everywhere.

through the 1st week in msu i've learned that no matter where you are you see that people are just the same....there are these certain type of people that reminds you of the people you already know....there's the loud annoying ones, the geeks,the socially challenged,the "gedix",the " i act like i know everything" ones and etc....and sometimes they even look the same....

for me i think its kindda funny....its like getting to know the same bunch of people all over again...reflecting back on my days as a student in school i guess i really miss how things was...there are a lot of things i wish i would have done differently...i have my regrets...but i guess you learn from your mistakes...

and now a new chapter of my life had just began hopefully i will make the right decisions....as the plots in our lives unfold you evolve...you change...life is like learning to ride a bicycle....you WILL fall....its how you get back on...and once you can paddle around the neighborhood all the pain will be forgotten.....you do the best you can and hope for the best....

time to reflect....

As human beings we cannot escape from getting older...and with age comes responsibility....and lately i have come to realize that age only makes you older bur wont make you any more mature than where you are right now.....anybody can be 50 years old...but not anybody have the capacity to carry the burden that comes with it....it makes me appreciate the sacrifice of our parents...life is not easy...its not supposed to...life is about overcoming challenges and surviving....
